The residential real estate market is currently experiencing a slowdown. Developers are employing creative methods to incentivize buyers and drive traffic to sales offices. One such initiative was a raffle held by "Anshei Ha'ir", a developer active in Tel Aviv, which offered clients who purchased an apartment in one of their projects the chance to win an additional apartment as a gift.

During the raffle, held last Friday at the offices of Adv. Arnon Tadmor-Levy, Aliza Deri was declared the winner of a two-room apartment near Kikar HaMedina in Tel Aviv, having previously purchased a three-room unit.

The promotion was open to all buyers who purchased apartments in the company's projects within districts 3 and 4 starting from February 15, 2026.

Throughout the campaign, 13 apartments were sold in these projects for a total value of approximately 112 million shekels, with an average price of 75,000 shekels per square meter.

Ron Chen, CEO of Anshei Ha'ir, stated:

"I congratulate Aliza on winning the apartment and thank all our customers for the great trust they place in us. Urban renewal is the key to revitalizing urban centers, improving living standards, and breathing new life into the city fabric. We will continue to lead in urban renewal across Tel Aviv and the country, maintaining uncompromising quality and offering real value to our buyers."
