Throughout the war and recently, Muhammad Kafina promoted terrorist plots against IDF forces and citizens of Israel. The terrorist posed an immediate threat and was eliminated in a precise aerial strike. IDF forces under the Southern Command will continue to act to remove any threat.
"Kata'ib al-Mujahideen," a terrorist organization established after splitting from Fatah, was founded 20 years ago and operates in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The organization's leadership has been based over the years on the Gazan-Bedouin families al-Hasayna and Abu Sharia. "Kata'ib al-Mujahideen" has claimed responsibility in recent years for a variety of terrorist and guerrilla operations against Israeli targets, including rocket fire and attacks in Judea and Samaria.
