A culinary celebration in the Shfela region: the prestigious patisserie chain of pastry chef Dudu Outmezgine inaugurated its new flagship branch this morning at the Ofer Rehovot mall. The new branch, which is the 22nd in the chain, spans approximately 50 square meters and was established with an estimated financial investment of over one million shekels. The space is designed with inspiration from a classic Parisian patisserie, offering a display of pastries and desserts baked daily.

The menu features a rich selection, including various flavored croissants, eclairs, tarts, mousse cakes, handmade petit fours, and cakes crafted from high-quality ingredients. The mall's CEO, Yehuda Oren, welcomed the addition and emphasized:

"Today's retail world relies on creating a complete experience that connects leisure, culinary, and recreation. The addition of the chain provides added value and enriches the visiting experience for customers."

Founder Dudu Outmezgine noted that the opening in Rehovot is part of the chain's expansion plan, which is simultaneously promoting international projects in New York, Barcelona, London, and Dubai. Outmezgine stated:

"Our aspiration is to reach new audiences while maintaining the same values that have accompanied us from the first day: excellent raw materials, meticulous manual work, constant innovation, and a hospitality experience that feels like a visit to a European patisserie."

The addition of this leading brand to the shopping center in Rehovot strengthens its culinary character and turns it into a major attraction for residents of the area.
