Truck Overturns at Sha'ar HaGai Interchange: 17-Year-Old Girl Moderately Injured
A truck overturned at a gas station, colliding with several vehicles. Two people were evacuated to Shaare Zedek Medical Center, and Jerusalem District traffic investigators are currently examining the scene.
A 17-year-old woman was moderately injured today, Monday, in an accident involving a truck that overturned and struck several vehicles on Highway 1, at a gas station near the Sha'ar HaGai interchange. MADA teams provided medical treatment at the scene and evacuated her, along with one person who sustained light injuries, to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.
The Israel Police spokesperson's office stated: "Police forces are responding to a traffic accident where, according to initial reports, a truck overturned at the Sha'ar HaGai gas station complex and hit several vehicles. Medical officials confirmed that two individuals in moderate and light condition were evacuated from the scene."
"Traffic accident investigators from the Jerusalem District are en route to the scene to determine the circumstances of the incident," the police added.
