A jump of more than 50% in a day: a scam or a rising star?

A new coin called Artificial Inu has jumped by tens of percent within a day, sparking interest among meme coin enthusiasts. But behind the name and the sharp rise lies a complex system of contracts, a project that is not yet verified, and big questions about reliability.

In the world of meme coins, where sometimes an idea, a name, and a community can boost a digital asset within hours, a new coin called Artificial Inu (AI) has appeared in recent days. According to tracking data available online, the coin recorded an increase of more than 50% during a single day. This is a relatively young project with a diluted market cap of millions of dollars, and despite a liquidity of one million dollars, it is marked on the Hashlink platform as an unverified project. It is important to emphasize: such a marking does not constitute proof of a scam, but it certainly means that the investor is required to perform an independent check and not rely solely on the price increase or activity on social networks.

An examination of blockchain data also reveals smart contracts with complex names, including RehypeDopplerHookInitializer. Such a contract does indeed appear on the Robinhood Chain network and shows activity and numerous transfers, but the mere existence of a smart contract or a name that sounds technical is not proof of a mechanism aimed at "creating hype," and certainly not of a scam. A smart contract is essentially code that performs automatic actions on a blockchain network, and the risk depends on what the code allows operators or users to do. In the case of new projects, one of the important questions is who controls the contract, whether there is a possibility to issue additional coins, change the terms of operation, or withdraw liquidity from the market. Blockscout data allows one to see the contract address, activity, and transfers, but to determine if there is a real risk, a professional check of the code and its permissions is required.

The coin is traded within the framework of the LONG platform, which allows users to create and launch tokens and digital investment frameworks. In simple terms, it is a system that allows new projects to reach the market quickly. An advantage that may encourage innovation, but also makes it difficult for investors to distinguish between an idea with potential and a project built primarily around temporary attention.

Is Artificial Inu the next star of the meme coin market or a project whose jump is based primarily on speculation? At this stage, there is not enough public information to determine this with certainty. What is clear is that an increase of tens of percent in a day does not constitute proof of the project's quality. Sometimes such a rise actually increases the risk for those who enter after the price has already jumped. Before any investment in a decentralized crypto asset, and especially in a new and unverified project, it is recommended to check the smart contract, the identity of the team, the liquidity, the distribution of coins, and the possible risks. The above does not constitute an investment recommendation or a substitute for personal and professional investment advice.
