The international fintech and high-tech company Nayax reports strong financial results for the second quarter of 2026, presenting an impressive increase in revenue alongside its global and technological expansion.

The company, which specializes in the development of payment and clearing systems for businesses and vending machines, continues to expand its deployment of devices and customers worldwide while penetrating new fields such as electric vehicle charging and banking services.

In terms of data, the company's revenue for the quarter jumped by 28.2% to $122.6 million, with organic growth of 24% since the beginning of the year. The Adjusted EBITDA financial metric rose to $14.1 million, and the base of connected devices reached 1.55 million units among approximately 125,400 customers.

"We finished a strong second quarter with consistent performance in all areas of activity," said Yair Nechmad, CEO of Nayax and Chairman of the Board. "Our growth algorithm continues to work, and this quarter we began building the next layer on top of it. We have submitted an application for a banking license in the US, and we are accelerating investments because every service we add reaches the 1.55 million devices already installed. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead of us."

Nayax presents a strong business momentum supported by growth in recurring revenue and expansion into new markets in Panama, North Macedonia, and Hong Kong. The combination of artificial intelligence solutions, the submission of the application for a banking license in the US, and investment in long-term growth infrastructure positions the company in a strong position to realize its strategic goals.
