Tsufit Grant was a guest on the podcast "Things I Learned from Successful Women," where she spoke about the approach that accompanies her in her daily life and the morning routine that helps her start every day with energy and focus.

During the interview, Grant shared a principle she learned from her husband, singer Shuli Rand: "No evil descends from above." She treats every morning as a new beginning, noting: "Everything is a process of initiation. Every morning you wake up to a new day of learning."

Grant explained that for her, this approach is reflected in her actions. She said that even on days when she does not plan to exercise, she wears sports clothes to put herself in a "vital place" from the very start of the day.

"Avoid putting junk food in your ears, junk food in your eyes, junk food in your mouth — and you will save yourselves. Simply save your daily life," she said, adding that daily choices affect how the entire day begins and unfolds.

It is worth recalling that in recent weeks, Grant addressed the storm that arose following her comments on a podcast regarding her health crisis. After undergoing a catheterization due to two blocked arteries, her cardiologist suggested medication to deal with the post-trauma and emotional load, but at that time she chose to cope using her own tools, including sports, swimming, nutrition, music, and conversations.

Following the headlines and the sharp reactions on social media, Grant clarified that her words were taken out of context. "I am not against medication," she emphasized, adding that every person should choose the path that is right for them. Today, she is under conventional medical care and takes the necessary heart medication, while she overcame the emotional crisis in the way she chose for herself.
