IDF Locates Dozens of Hezbollah Weapons in Southern Lebanon
Soldiers from the 401st, 4th, and 300th brigades recovered dozens of Hezbollah weapons during operations in southern Lebanon. In the Ras al-Bayada area, troops fired upon a suspect who approached them and failed to heed warning shots.

Forces of the 91st Division continue their concentrated effort on Wednesday to locate and destroy weapons belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization that remained in the security zone in southern Lebanon, the IDF Spokesperson stated. Dozens of weapons have been recovered in recent days.
During the operation, soldiers of the 401st, 4th, and 300th brigades located Kalashnikov-style rifles, RPG rockets, explosive devices, grenades, magazines, and other combat equipment.
Furthermore, forces from the 'Shahaf' (869) intelligence gathering unit identified a suspect in the Ras al-Bayada area approaching IDF troops in a manner that posed a direct threat. Soldiers of the 55th Brigade fired warning shots to distance him; after the suspect continued to approach and ignored calls to stop, they fired at him to neutralize the threat.
