IDF Eliminates Nukhba Commander Involved in October 7 Kidnappings

The IDF announced on Tuesday that it conducted a strike in the Khan Yunis area, eliminating terrorist Muhammad Khalil Muhammad Aslam, a Nukhba platoon commander in the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

The IDF stated that during the October 7 terror attack, Aslam commanded a squad of terrorists involved in the kidnapping of Israeli citizens. Recently, he had been actively advancing terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli citizens. The IDF noted that the terrorist posed an immediate threat and was eliminated in a precise airstrike.

IDF forces under the Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to act to neutralize any immediate threats.
