US President Donald Trump has seen his personal net worth surge to a record-breaking $7 billion, according to a recent ranking published by Forbes magazine. Since his 2024 election victory, Trump has grown richer by approximately $2.7 billion, driven primarily by his deep involvement in digital currency projects, global real estate, and worldwide licensing deals.

According to the data, the largest share of Trump's fortune stands at roughly $2.4 billion, held in crypto assets and liquid holdings. These assets include holdings in his private meme coin valued at around $183 million, tokens in the World Liberty Financial venture worth $78 million, and a $233 million stake in the USD1 stablecoin project.

Simultaneously, Trump's empire of golf clubs and resorts is now valued at approximately $1.8 billion, with operating profits from his US golf clubs surging from $19 million in 2020 to $78 million in 2025. The Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida alone is currently valued at about $618 million.

Alongside these assets, Trump holds $1.1 billion in commercial and residential real estate, as well as a roughly $1 billion stake in TMG (the parent company of Truth Social), despite the company recording a massive loss of $712 million in 2025. An additional $700 million is attributed to the president's international branding and licensing businesses.
