"Not every breakup comes from anger": Yehuda Buchbut and Michal HaKtana confirm the separation
Less than a day after rumors began to circulate, and despite being spotted together at a restaurant, the couple has officially confirmed their split, asking for privacy for their families.
On Wednesday, speculation intensified regarding the breakup of 25-year-old Yehuda Buchbut and 43-year-old Michal HaKtana. Shortly after, paparazzi captured them spending time together at a restaurant in Herzliya; however, despite the documented date, both have now officially confirmed that the rumors were true. In identical Instagram stories posted on Thursday, they addressed the reports and announced their separation.
"Over the last day, following the flood of rumors and questions, we decided out of full responsibility and a desire for the truth to come from us, to share what our hearts feel. After a significant journey together, one full of love, beautiful moments, and memories that will stay with us, we have decided with respect, love, and great understanding to part ways and move forward on our own paths," they wrote.
They further added:
"There is a great and true love between us, alongside the understanding that sometimes two people can love deeply and still realize their shared path has reached a point where it is right to choose differently. Not every breakup comes from anger. Not every end erases what was. And not every love must continue in the same way to be real. Sometimes, the ability to let go with love is the deepest form of respecting what was, who we were together, and who we choose to be from here on, even separately."
Finally, they concluded their statement:
"We have one request from the heart. There are children involved, there is a family, and there are hearts that this subject touches deeply and sensitively. We ask that you respect our space, our privacy, and especially the children, and allow us to go through this period in quiet. We are moving forward on our own paths, with hearts that wish the other only good and with gratitude for a significant chapter that will forever be part of our story. Because sometimes, great love is not measured only by the ability to stay. Sometimes, it is measured by how one knows how to part."
