Tomer Scheller, 35, has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the "Beit LeMedia Anoshit" (Human Media House) group. In his new role, Scheller will work alongside founder and CEO Matan Ahavati, overseeing the management and expansion of the group's two core operational branches: the strategy and content firm SHARE and the talent agency IDOLS.

Expanding Leadership and Operational Infrastructure

The strategic appointment is designed to strengthen the group's management tier, create a clear separation between ongoing operational activities and the development of future growth engines, and build a robust infrastructure for continued expansion in the competitive media market.

Scheller brings extensive industry experience to the role, having spent seven years at the Gitam Group. During his tenure at Porter Novelli, the group's public relations arm, he led work teams and managed major national accounts including Osem-Nestlé, Philips, and the Ferrero Group, alongside nonprofit organizations such as the Summit Institute.

Strategic Focus Across Core Branches

In his new capacity, Scheller will apply his professional background directly to the group's subsidiaries:

  • SHARE: Leading strategic management for core clients, creative direction, and media operations.

  • IDOLS: Overseeing agent management, commercialization, recruitment of new talent, and the expansion of service offerings.

"Following rapid growth in our activity and client base over recent years, the time has come to establish a strong management layer that will build a more efficient and broader company without losing its agility and entrepreneurial spirit," stated CEO Matan Ahavati.

Tomer Scheller added: "After seven meaningful years at Gitam, I am excited to embark on this new chapter and look forward to working closely with the team and clients to strengthen existing infrastructures and develop new growth engines for both branches."
