Gunfire reported at Troy event hall in Ashdod
Unknown assailants fired shots at the Troy event hall in Ashdod during an event early Thursday morning. No injuries were reported, and police have launched an investigation.
Early Thursday morning, around 01:30, criminals fired shots at the "Troy" event hall in Ashdod while an event was underway. The shooting shattered the upper windows at the entrance, but no injuries were reported.
The suspects managed to flee the scene before police arrived. Authorities are currently working to identify and locate the individuals involved.
The Israel Police stated:
"Officers from the Ashdod station have opened an investigation following reports of gunfire at an event hall in the city. Forensic teams are on-site collecting evidence. The incident is believed to be criminal in nature, and the circumstances remain under investigation."
