Tidhar, Harel and Delek Complete 200 Million NIS Acre Land Project
Tidhar, Harel, and Delek completed a 200 million NIS land purification project in Acre spanning 430 dunams, preparing a major industrial and defense hub for 2027 occupancy.

Tidhar Group, Harel, and Delek have successfully completed soil purification and rehabilitation work for a major logistics and employment project in Acre, spanning approximately 430 dunams south of the city. The multi-year project, backed by an investment of about 200 million NIS, marks a significant milestone in developing the complex into a thriving high-tech, defense, and industrial hub. Occupancy is slated to begin in 2027.
A key anchor of the project is Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, which recently signed a lease agreement for roughly 40,000 square meters, following a 45 million NIS office leasing deal. To mark the completion of the remediation phase, executives and officials—including Acre Mayor Ohad Segev, Tidhar Chairman Gil Geva, Tidhar CEO Uri Levin, and Harel Chairman Yair Hamburger—gathered for a special ceremony alongside representatives from Rafael, the Water Authority, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
Reflecting on the milestone, Gil Geva stated:
The completion of soil purification in Acre is a significant and exciting moment for us, closing the circle on a complex mission to rehabilitate a massive land tract abandoned for 20 years.
Yair Hamburger, Chairman of Harel Insurance & Finance, added:
This project reflects the power of long-term partnership based on vision, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to creating economic potential for The North.
