Covert investigation revealed: hundreds of kilograms of drugs were concealed in chocolates and cookies
Four suspects were arrested at the end of an investigation conducted by the special crime unit of the Kfar Saba station. Inside a nursery in Hod HaSharon, large quantities of marijuana and hashish were found, with a total weight of over 200 kg, some of which were concealed inside various food products, including chocolate bars.
Following a covert investigation conducted by the special crime unit of the Kfar Saba police station as part of the fight against drugs, police officers uncovered on Tuesday a hidden warehouse for the distribution of narcotics inside a nursery in Hod HaSharon.
During the search, the police managed to uncover and seize large quantities of dangerous drugs — marijuana and hashish, with a total weight of over 200 kg. Some of these were concealed inside various food products, including chocolate bars, cookies, and other sweets, ready for distribution.
During the operation, four suspects, residents of the center of the country, were arrested. In accordance with the investigation's findings, they were brought to court, which granted the police's request and extended their detention until July 27.
