Tamir Cohen Appointed as Chief Digital Officer of Reshet 13

Reshet 13 has announced the appointment of Tamir Cohen as its new Chief Digital Officer. Cohen, 41, brings extensive management experience and will lead the channel's digital strategy and development.

For the past four and a half years, Cohen headed the Products and Distribution Department in the Digital Division of the Kan public broadcaster. Prior to that, he held a series of management roles for 11 years at the Haaretz newspaper.

Idan Alrom, acting CEO of Reshet 13, stated that Cohen's appointment is a significant step in building the channel as a forward-looking content company in a world where the boundaries between television and digital are blurring. This follows the recent appointment of Itai Dankner as CEO of News 13.
