Tadiran Group Restructures Data Center Operations and Launches Global Arm
Tadiran Group has consolidated its data center operations under Tadiran DC and launched Tadiran DC Global for international expansion. Former Schneider Electric executives Doron Krupman and Eitan Eli will lead the respective divisions.

Tadiran Group announced the consolidation of its data center and critical infrastructure operations under a new dedicated division, Tadiran DC, alongside the establishment of Tadiran DC Global to spearhead international market expansion.
Doron Krupman has been appointed CEO of Tadiran DC to lead operations in Israel, while Eitan Eli will serve as CEO of Tadiran DC Global. Both executives previously held senior management roles at Schneider Electric, with which Tadiran maintains a strategic partnership in the data center sector.
The reorganization is designed to bolster the group's footprint in the data center market, leveraging its core capabilities in cooling, electricity, energy, and maintenance services. Tadiran DC will consolidate these activities to offer comprehensive solutions for developers and data center operators, including uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, advanced cooling technologies such as liquid cooling, energy storage solutions, control systems, engineering design, integration, and ongoing service.
A cornerstone of this strategy is the strategic alliance with Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and data center infrastructure. Under an agreement signed in September 2025, a Tadiran subsidiary was appointed as an authorized distributor and marketer of specialized data center cooling systems. During the opening months of 2026, Tadiran secured agreements valued at tens of millions of shekels for the supply of data center infrastructure.
Leadership Profiles and Strategic Growth
Doron Krupman brings approximately 40 years of experience in managing technological systems and projects across IT, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. He spent eight years heading APC by Schneider Electric in Israel and previously served for 25 years in technological command roles within the Israel Defense Intelligence, retiring as a lieutenant colonel. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and logistics and a master's degree in information science from Bar-Ilan University.
Eitan Eli brings roughly two decades of experience in data centers and critical infrastructure, including 13 years at Schneider Electric. In his most recent role, he served as vice president of the data center and power continuity division at Schneider Electric Israel while simultaneously acting as regional sales director responsible for cloud providers, data center operators, and the defense sector across some 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from Shenkar College.
Commenting on the structural shift, Moshe Mamrod, CEO and controlling shareholder of Tadiran Group, emphasized the natural synergy between the company's established expertise and the burgeoning data center market. "The data center sector aligns naturally with the capabilities and experience Tadiran has accumulated over the years in cooling, electricity, energy, and service," Mamrod stated.
