Mandate poll: Tie at the top and Religious Zionism returns
A Channel 12 News poll shows Likud and Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar party tied with 23 mandates. The coalition bloc reaches only 50 mandates, while Bezalel Smotrich's party crosses the electoral threshold.
The mandate poll published this evening (Monday) on Channel 12 News points to an especially tight race at the top and a tie between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Gadi Eisenkot. According to the poll, if the elections for the Knesset were held today, the Likud and the "Yashar!" party would each receive 23 mandates.
In third place is the "Beyahad" party led by Naftali Bennett with 14 mandates. The Democrats led by Yair Golan receive 10 mandates, and Yisrael Beiteinu led by Avigdor Lieberman receives nine mandates.
Among the ultra-Orthodox parties, United Torah Judaism led by Yitzhak Goldknopf receives eight mandates, while Shas led by Aryeh Deri receives seven.
Otzma Yehudit led by Itamar Ben Gvir receives seven mandates. The Religious Zionism party led by Bezalel Smotrich crosses the electoral threshold and receives five mandates.
Among the Arab parties, Hadash-Ta'al led by Yousef Jabareen and Ahmad Tibi receives five mandates, as does Ra'am led by Mansour Abbas.
At the bottom of the list is the "Zionist Home - The Reservists" party, led by Chili Tropper and Yoaz Hendel, which crosses the electoral threshold with four mandates.
Divided into blocs, the current coalition parties — Likud, Shas, United Torah Judaism, Otzma Yehudit, and Religious Zionism — reach a total of 50 mandates, far from the majority required to form a government. The Zionist opposition parties appearing in the poll together receive 60 mandates, while Hadash-Ta'al and Ra'am together hold ten mandates.

Remaining below the electoral threshold are Blue and White led by Benny Gantz (1.4%) and Balad led by Sami Abu Shehadeh (0.8%).
