Twist in Celebrity Love Triangle: Shir Hallel Announces New Pregnancy
Shir Hallel, mother of businessman David Azulay's child, revealed on a podcast that she is pregnant with his baby again, amid his renewed engagement to former beauty queen Mor Maman.
The complex romantic entanglement involving former beauty queen Mor Maman, businessman David Azulay, and Shir Hallel has taken a dramatic turn. Hallel, 29 and the mother of Azulay's child, broke her silence on the podcast "Suissa + 1," revealing that she is pregnant with his child once again.
A Rapid Romance and Sudden Separation
According to Hallel, the two met in August 2024 and quickly moved in together within two weeks, discussing plans to start a family. Soon after, Hallel became pregnant with their son, Or. However, during the pregnancy, Azulay abruptly requested a "time-out" and asked her to leave their shared home.
Three weeks after moving back in with her parents, Hallel discovered via a fake Instagram profile that Azulay was proposing to Mor Maman. The couple married in May 2025, though Hallel claims Maman was informed of the pregnancy prior to the wedding.
Renewed Ties and a Second Pregnancy
Maman and Azulay's marriage was short-lived, ending in a separation in August 2025 and an eventual divorce in June 2026. Hallel reveals that Azulay maintained contact with her throughout his marital crisis, leading to a renewed relationship and a second pregnancy.
Despite this, ahead of the Jewish New Year, Azulay reportedly asked Hallel to terminate the pregnancy, claiming he struggled to bond with their first son. When she refused, she discovered that Maman and her children were back in Azulay's home, followed shortly by a public announcement of their reconciliation and re-engagement.
Hallel also disclosed that during her first pregnancy, she was allegedly offered one million shekels through a third party to terminate the pregnancy—an offer she rejected. She is currently involved in legal proceedings with Azulay regarding paternity and child support.
Response from David Azulay
In response to the allegations, representatives for David Azulay stated: "This is a private matter, and I have no intention of managing my life through the media. I have taken full responsibility for my child and pay monthly child support in accordance with court rulings. This is an attempt to smear my name and exert pressure through the media to extort funds. The matter is being handled by the competent authorities, where the truth will come to light."
