Sderot Police Uncover Two Cannabis Farms Near Ha-Shikmim Farm, Arrest Three
Sderot police and Border Police officers uncovered two cannabis farms near Ha-Shikmim Farm. Three suspects from Rahat were caught red-handed and arrested during a covert operation.

Israel Police officers from the Sderot station, alongside Border Police (MAGAV) fighters from the Southern District, have uncovered two cannabis cultivation farms and arrested three suspects in the area of the Ha-Shikmim Farm.
Law enforcement personnel conducted a covert operation lasting several days, gathering evidence regarding the suspects' involvement in illegal drug cultivation at the site.
The suspects, residents of the Bedouin city of Rahat, were caught red-handed as they entered the compound containing the two cannabis farms. Following their arrest, they were transferred to the Sderot police station for further interrogation.
Deputy Commander of the Sderot Police Station, Superintendent Doron Levianer, stated:
"Sderot station police officers act continuously and decisively to locate and expose drug cultivation and trafficking hubs, utilizing intelligence and operational capabilities. This current operation is another example of focused and professional work that led to the exposure of cultivation farms and the arrest of the suspects. We will continue to use all means at our disposal to strike at drug infrastructure and bring those involved to justice."
