Sde Dov: Avisror family members purchase apartments in their own ASHIRA project
The Avisror family has purchased 13 apartments in their ASHIRA project in Sde Dov. Eli Avisror invested 19 million shekels, while other family members secured favorable financing terms with the balance due upon delivery.
The Avisror company has sold 13 apartments to relatives within its ASHIRA project in Sde Dov. The company is planning an IPO with a valuation of 2.2 billion shekels. According to the prospectus, a portion of the apartments sold in the project were acquired by controlling shareholders. Recently, developer Igal Damri also reported purchasing several apartments for his family members in Sde Dov.
The company has received a building permit, with apartment delivery expected approximately 60 days after the final permit issuance. Details of the agreements show that controlling shareholder Eli Avisror bought a 6-room apartment on the 32nd floor for 12 million shekels, and an additional 5-room apartment for his daughter for 7,010,000 shekels.
Yoram Avisror also purchased a 6-room apartment for 12 million shekels. Previously, his brother Jacky Avisror bought a 6-room apartment on the 33rd floor for 12 million shekels.

Other family members, including Itay Moshe, Tzachi Yitzhak Avisror, Dean Moshe Avisror, Yuli Yocheved Avisror, and Shai Marcel Avisror, also purchased units. These buyers received financing benefits, paying 10%-15% of the consideration upfront, with the balance due upon delivery, without linkage.
The ASHIRA project is located in the Eshkol complex, the first to be built in Sde Dov. It features four buildings—a 34-story tower, a 15-story building, and two boutique buildings of 7 and 8 stories—totaling 406 apartments.
Following concerns raised by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Israel Land Authority (ILA) regarding soil contamination in Sde Dov, a recent inspection confirmed that the project site is clean.
