The fitness routines of influencers and celebrities are often filled with amusing moments, but a late-night dispute shared by content creator Shelly Sarbarianik brought a particularly hilarious twist. Sarbarianik posted footage of herself dressed in full workout gear while complaining about her training partner and partner, Omer Tsipori.

"Omer simply dragged me to work out and this is actually what’s happening," Sarbarianik shared with her followers. "I am wearing workout gear, but this guy has no middle ground, everything is black and white for him. He can't work out at night, so he only works out at noon, so why drag me into this from the beginning?"

However, Omer did not stay silent and quickly presented his side of the story while correcting her: "I told you to come work out at 4:00 PM," he retorted sarcastically, adding, "It is now 11:00 PM at night."

5 Tips for Staying Fit Anywhere

What about you? Stuck without an available gym or only finding time to work out late at night? Here are 5 tips to maintain your fitness in any situation:

  1. Bodyweight workouts (Calisthenics): No need for equipment or weights. Squats, push-ups, lunges, and planks in your living room provide a full and effective strength workout.

  2. Portable resistance bands: A small resistance band takes up zero space in your bag and can replace almost any machine at the gym, for targeted work on shoulders, back, and legs.

  3. Short and intense workouts (HIIT): If time is tight, a Tabata or HIIT workout of just 15-20 minutes will spike your heart rate and burn calories with maximum efficiency.

  4. Match intensity to the hour: A workout that is too intense at 11:00 PM floods the body with adrenaline and can ruin sleep quality. During late hours, it is recommended to focus on core exercises, yoga, and stretching.

  5. Short late-night walk: If the gym is closed, a brisk walk in the cool night air is a great way to burn calories, release daily work stress, and clear your head.

As you may recall, less than three months after the finale event and returning to routine, Sarbarianik posted "before and after" photos with an exposed belly, showing the toning and transformation process she underwent with her partner's help. "I just need you to grasp the change in my stomach," she wrote in her first story pointing to her previous figure at the beach, and immediately after showed the new result: "Hard work, lots of willpower, investing in myself, and one of the best trainers in the world," she praised Omer, who supported her all the way.
