Price Revolution in the Car Market: Popular Models Cut by Tens of Thousands
Following the electric models, the MG importer in Israel announces a dramatic price reduction for hybrid SUV models, alongside equipment upgrades and new features.
Car East of the Lubinski Group, the importer of the MG brand in Israel, has announced another update to the company's model prices, this time for hybrid and plug-in hybrid SUV models. The move is part of the company's marketing strategy, designed to strengthen the brand's competitiveness in the local market and increase the value provided to customers.
As part of the update, the price of the MG ZS Hybrid+ was reduced to 137,888 NIS, compared to a previous starting price of 155,888 NIS. The MG HS Hybrid+ also received a significant price reduction, with its new price set at 158,888 NIS instead of 176,888 NIS. The MG EHS PHEV model will now be offered at 175,888 NIS, instead of the previous 188,888 NIS.
Beyond the price changes, the three models arrive in Israel with upgraded equipment specifications. In the MG ZS Hybrid+, a new transmission has been added to improve the driving experience, alongside wireless support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an electric tailgate, a wireless charging pad for supported phones, and an option to choose between black or light-colored upholstery for an additional fee.
The MG HS Hybrid+ and MG EHS PHEV models have also received an upgraded equipment list. Among other things, a panoramic sunroof, ventilation for the front seats, new faux leather upholstery in black or red, and wireless support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems have been added.
The company notes that this move comes shortly after the price update for the brand's electric models, including the MG4 Urban, MG4 XRange, MG S5, and MG S6, as part of the continued expansion of MG's attractive offerings in Israel.
At the same time, the importer continues to offer an extended manufacturer's warranty for all MG hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric models. The warranty includes seven years or up to 150,000 kilometers for the vehicle, whichever comes first, as well as eight years or up to 150,000 kilometers for the battery, subject to the same conditions.
