Roy Revivo continues to generate interest across Europe. Following reports of a significant offer that the Maccabi Tel Aviv left-back received from a club in Spain, it has emerged that Italian clubs are also closely monitoring his situation.
According to reports on the Sports Channel, the player is "on the radar" of Fiorentina, which has renewed its interest in Revivo after he was previously linked to the team. The Italian club reportedly scouted the player throughout June and has added him back to their list of candidates.
Despite interest from Fiorentina, the offer from Spain is currently considered the primary option for Revivo. If the transfer is completed, the defender is expected to earn approximately 600,000 euros per season—a sum significantly higher than his current salary at Maccabi Tel Aviv, which stands at about 180,000 euros.
Revivo did not receive a salary increase following the saga surrounding his potential move to Copenhagen last season and has remained on the same financial terms.
Fabio Grosso was recently appointed as the new head coach of Fiorentina. Grosso, a 2006 World Cup winner with Italy, played as an attacking left-back during his career—the same position occupied by Revivo.
