The hosts of "The Next Star" and "Ninja Israel", Assi Azar and Rotem Sela, who are close friends and neighbors, reveal time and again the amusing dynamic that accompanies their relationship — this time in a poetic version.
Azar decided to demonstrate his literary talent and uploaded a rhyming piece to his Instagram account titled: "Friendship. Lines to its character. A poem by: Assi Azar Horev." In the funny poem, the host shared that every time Sela goes out for a fitness walk, he asks her: "Call me too." However, at the moment of truth, when she calls him to join, he stammers: "I'm exhausted."
The repeated no-shows and piles of excuses on his part led Sela to set clear boundaries for him, promising each time anew: "I'm not calling you anymore, this is the last time."
Despite the threatening ultimatum, Azar signed off the poem with a winning punchline, explaining exactly why his partner is not really capable of giving up on him: "And then she calls me again, because I have groove, but the motivation of a cabbage."
