Roi Adam's "Avi HaTachul" keeps the first place in the Hitlist — Israel's official music chart — for another week, completing two consecutive weeks at the summit and nine appearances in the chart. In second place is the one who held the summit for a long time: "Eich SheHi Rokedet" by Eden Hason, Ofek Adank, and Agam Buhbut.
Who entered Israel's official music chart this week? Thirteen songs entered the chart this week, and the highest entry belongs to Osher Cohen. "Down" entered straight to the impressive 13th place, and in total, Cohen enters three new songs this week: "Down" at 13th place, "Perach" at 39th place, and "Yom Huledet" at 58th place. Itay Levi can also boast two new entries: "Yalda Meturefet" with Mor at 21st place and "Shkarim Yafim" at 36th place. Levi is also the artist with the most songs in the chart this week, 12 in total, with the highest of them at sixth place. Who left the chart this week? 14 songs left the chart this week, but one of them stands out far above the rest. "Ahava" by Osher Cohen parts ways with the Hitlist at 99th place, after 106 appearances in the chart since June 2023 and a record of first place. Among those leaving are also "LeDaveka Bach" by Sasson Efraim Shaulov, "09" by Itay Levi, "Tkufa SheLechet" and "SheTetze HaShemesh" by Agam Buhbut, "Plaza Athena" by Omer Adam, "Bayit MiZchuchit" by Eyal Golan, and "Boker Tov Ahava Sheli" by Odya.
Mor's big jump: the week's big jump is recorded by Mor. "Scharchorot" rises 18 places, from 52nd to 34th place. At the same time, two more of her songs continue to climb: "Lo Kona Oti" has been rising for five weeks in a row and reaches 11th place, a new record for it, and "Te'ehav Oti Kacha" reaches 25th place after four consecutive weeks of rises. Also "Shachor Lavan" by Young Bota continues to advance and reaches 12th place, after six consecutive weeks of rises. The song significantly improves its previous record, 19th place. "Machol" by Eden Ben Zaken and Sasson Efraim Shaulov rises to 16th place and also sets a new record, after previously being at 21st place. Another record is recorded for "Yalda Meturefet" by Bar Tzabari, which reaches seventh place.
Veterans' corner: on the veteran side of the chart, "08" by Itay Levi crosses 20 weeks and is at 23rd place, "Ahava Rishona" by Nadav Chantzis crosses 30 weeks and is at 26th place, and "Aval At" by Meir Banai and Eviatar Banai crosses ten weeks at 57th place. But none of them comes close to the oldest song in terms of release year: "Billie Jean" by Michael Jackson, released in 1982, closes the Hitlist this week at 100th place.
