The trading week in the digital asset market closed with a mixed performance, as most leading cryptocurrencies trended downward over the last seven days.

The market leader, Bitcoin (BTC), recorded a decrease of 2.62% over the past week. Consequently, the total market capitalization of Bitcoin now stands at approximately 1.26 trillion dollars. The second-largest currency, Ethereum (ETH), also showed a negative trend, recording a decline of 1.79% with a market cap of 226.26 billion dollars.

Contrary to the negative trend among major players, BNB showed notable positive performance. The coin jumped by 3.32% over the week, bringing its total market capitalization to 80.90 billion dollars. On the other hand, XRP failed to join the gains, closing the week with a 2.42% decrease and maintaining a market cap of 63.00 billion dollars.

In the stablecoin sector, near-perfect stability was observed. Tether (USDT) recorded a negligible decline of 0.02% over the last 7 days, with a market cap of 182.99 billion dollars. Meanwhile, USDC maintained absolute stability with no weekly change (+0.00%), and its market cap currently totals 71.89 billion dollars.
