Watch the motivational speech of Ran Kozuch: "There is no tomorrow, there is a victory"

Hapoel Be'er Sheva published this evening (Friday) the motivational speech delivered by coach Ran Kozuch to his players before the second leg against Vikingur in the Champions League qualifiers. As recalled, the Israeli champion lost 2:1 in Iceland in the first leg, but in the "home" second leg in Hungary won 0:2 with goals from Zahi Ahmed and Amir Ganah and advanced to the third qualifying round, where a much higher hurdle awaits in the form of Red Star Belgrade.

Kozuch turned to his players:

"Okay guys, 'money time', got it? We talked about it, we saw the game, we analyzed everything. We know what we need to do, you know what you need to do. Play the football of Hapoel Be'er Sheva, know where you want to take the game. Stay together and push each other, because there will be a moment we will need it. There is no tomorrow, there is a victory, okay? We will all need to give everything, guys. We will need everyone's energy, not just the starting lineup players. We need everyone today. Bring the energy together."

Even if it loses to the Serbian champion, Hapoel Be'er Sheva has secured a long European season in some competition. Losses to two opponents will send it to the league stage of the Conference League, one loss to the Europa League, and if it surprises Red Star and also wins in the playoffs, then it will make history and qualify for the Champions League.
