Bat-Sheva Pitusi's recipe is easy to prepare and requires minimal effort. Simply sauté the onion, add the rice, peas, and dill, pour in the water, and let the pot do the rest. It pairs perfectly with chicken or meat, or can be enjoyed as a standalone dish with a fresh salad.
