The Israeli company is held by Raz Oded, who founded and manages it, and by Bank Hapoalim through its investment arm, Poalim Equity. This is the company's fourth hotel in Greece, joining two existing properties on the island of Corfu and one in Athens.
The resort hotel, located on the island of Evia, is approximately an hour's drive from Athens International Airport and spans about 18,000 square meters. The property includes 250 rooms and suites, most with a view of the Aegean Sea, as well as a private beach, a central swimming pool, a restaurant, three bars, sports courts, a kids' club, an amphitheater, and a water sports center.
Oded, together with the Nakash brothers and Israel Canada, holds the residential real estate company ICR, which is active mainly in the central region and is managed by Dalit Raviv.
