Efi Capital Real Estate reports its financial results for the first half of 2026. The company reports that it has sold 379 apartments since the beginning of the year and is active in various projects totaling approximately 9,475 housing units in 20 cities across the country.

Efi Capital Real Estate has released its financial results for the first half of 2026. According to the data, the company's revenues totaled approximately 498 million shekels, compared to 271 million shekels in the same period last year. The company recorded a gross profit of approximately 82 million shekels, compared to 46 million shekels in the same period last year, and a net profit of approximately 16.5 million shekels for the reporting period. Since the beginning of the year, the company has sold 379 apartments. Its projects are spread across 20 cities, ranging from Nahariya in the north, through Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in the center, to Ashkelon and Ofakim in the south. In the field of development, the company reports that its activities include real estate projects under construction, marketing, and planning, including urban renewal projects (in projects with the required majority) totaling approximately 9,475 housing units and 114,200 square meters of commercial, storage, logistics, and office space. The company stated:
"The results of the first half of 2026 reflect the continued growth and expansion of the company's activities, alongside a significant improvement in its financial results. The increase in revenues and profitability, the pace of sales, and the volume of projects currently under construction testify to the strength of the company's operations and its ability to continue to promote projects even in a challenging market environment."
