Urban renewal in Ramat HaSharon: Matzlawi Building Company has demolished two old residential buildings at 9-11 Ussishkin Street. The project, which involved the removal of 30 residential units and 14 commercial spaces, will see the construction of a new 7-story building featuring 82 residential units, 16 shops, and 4 levels of underground parking. Completion of the project is expected in the third quarter of 2029.

Sami Matzlawi, Chairman and owner of Matzlawi Building Company, stated:

"The demolition marks a new beginning and a significant milestone for us with the launch of our first project in Ramat HaSharon. Ussishkin 9-11 is a project that combines the renewal of an old complex with new housing and neighborhood commerce in a central and sought-after location."

Matzlawi added: "We thank the rights holders and the tenants for their trust and for the shared journey. Ramat HaSharon is a significant city for us, and we continue to work there to promote four additional urban renewal projects as part of the expansion of the company's operations in high-demand areas."
