"How old are you?": Shocking footage of a teenager's arrest on Highway 6

A serious incident on Highway 6 nearly ended in tragedy: a 14-year-old took his parents' car keys without permission, sat in the driver's seat, and embarked on a reckless drive. The minor was spotted speeding along the central highway, posing a severe danger to himself and other road users.
Upon receiving the report, officers from the Traffic Division launched a pursuit. In close cooperation with the "Pointer" company, they tracked the vehicle's location in real time. Although the teenager initially ignored orders to stop, patrol cars managed to block his path. Footage from the officers' body cameras shows them confronting the minor and asking in astonishment:
