Seven years after she was targeted by a blackmail attempt involving private nude photos, which sparked a wave of accusations instead of compassion, former Disney star and OnlyFans creator Bella Thorne (28) is now revisiting the affair and revealing what the real challenge was for her.

"The worst part was that people said, 'You're making it all up. You just wanted us to see your boobs. You wanted us to see your private parts so badly' – it just broke me."

Thorne appeared as a guest on the Call Her Daddy podcast and returned to the 2019 affair, when she published provocative photos of herself to take control of the situation. However, she was accused of fabricating the matter for attention. "I just posted an honest and real post on Twitter," said the actress, "I just put it out there, thinking, 'You're not going to keep taking this power from me, so here it is.'"

Later, she also recalled a story she uploaded to Instagram at the time, in which she was, according to her, completely crushed, upset, and angry. However, the case later took a surprising turn when Thorne received a phone call from the FBI.

"And then one day I get a call from them, and they say, 'Hey, we saw this thing, we think we found our suspect, can we come and get all the information?' And they arrived at my house and now I have a house full of agents, it's the craziest thing."

According to her, she worked with the FBI for over a year until investigators eventually identified the suspect through his writing style. "If I hadn't posted those screenshots, they wouldn't have caught him," she added.

It is worth noting that a year after the affair, the former Disney star, who is no stranger to explicit content, caused the servers at OnlyFans to crash after she opened a prolific account. Through it, she raked in two million dollars a week, as she revealed in 2020.
