Protests Across Israel Mark Three Years Since October 7 Massacre
Protests marked three years since the October 7 massacre across Israel on Wednesday, with demonstrators blocking highways and demanding a state commission of inquiry.

Protests erupted across Israel on Wednesday morning marking three years since the October 7 massacre, with demonstrators demanding accountability and a state commission of inquiry. At 06:29, a protest display was launched outside the Knesset in Jerusalem, while demonstrators in Tel Aviv blocked the Ayalon Highway in both directions.
Demonstrations were also held outside the homes of Justice Minister Yariv Levin in Modiin and Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana, where one protester was arrested. Protesters accused the government of deliberately blocking an inquiry, chanting slogans and stating that the absence of a state commission of inquiry is policy rather than a mistake.
A civic moment of silence was observed on the Ayalon Highway, and a display of burned cars was presented near the Knesset. In Tel Aviv, the Dizengoff Square fountain, which became a memorial site in the immediate aftermath of the massacre, was dyed red for the somber anniversary.
