After a decade of operating exclusively online, Israeli skincare brand Promise is making its physical retail debut. Starting September 15, a dedicated, branded pop-up stand will open in the skincare department of James Richardson Duty Free at Terminal 3.

The new retail space will allow travelers to experience Promise products firsthand, test textures on-site, and make immediate purchases. As part of this expansion, the brand will introduce travel-sized formats for the first time, alongside exclusive holiday sets and special promotions for departing passengers.

Expanding from Digital to Physical Retail

Founded in 2016, Promise leverages decades of professional R&D expertise in cosmetics. The brand specializes in combining active ingredients and clinical formulas with accessible consumer experiences, addressing diverse skincare concerns such as oily skin, acne, hyperpigmentation, deep hydration, and sun protection.

"After a decade of building Promise exclusively online, seeing our first physical, branded station—especially at the duty-free—is an exciting milestone," said Assaf Dekel, founder and owner of Promise.

The launch operates under the slogan "We Got You," bringing the brand's customer-centric philosophy directly to international travelers. The duty-free location will stock 15 distinct products, including newly introduced miniature versions tailored for flights.

Exclusive Duty-Free Offers

Travelers will find targeted bundles, including a bestseller trio priced at 99 dollars, alongside a special two-for-50-dollars promotion on the brand's cleansing foam and Finish Line sunscreen.

Shani Inbar Kriti, VP of Marketing at James Richardson Duty Free, noted that the collaboration offers strong retail potential:

"We believe the presence of Promise in the duty-free will expose the brand to new audiences, creating an attractive shopping experience tailored to travelers' needs."
