The new reality show host, stand-up comedian, and social media star Mor Chen has been chosen to host the intriguing project "deFounder," led by high-tech entrepreneur, investor, and billionaire Alon Gonen. Chen had kept her new role a secret until now, and will lead the program that will follow in real-time entrepreneurs fighting for a chance to change their lives.

Chen, one of the most prominent content creators in Israel with about 111,000 followers on Instagram, broke into the public consciousness thanks to viral web videos. She is a graduate of Beit Zvi, currently performs across the country with a successful stand-up show dealing with relationships and friendship, and even created, directed, and starred in the mockumentary series "The Big Muscle." Now she is taking another step to the forefront, at the heart of a particularly intriguing business project.

The venture, led by Gonen, one of the founders of the fintech giant Plus500 and an influential figure on social networks in the fields of economics and success, offers an innovative concept for establishing startups. As part of the launch of the first episode, Gonen will present an idea for a venture in the employment world, designed to replace traditional resumes with an app using a "swipe" model in the style of dating apps, which allows for direct contact with employers.

Out of hundreds of submissions sent from all over the country, the project team chose only five entrepreneurs. In the premiere episode, Gonen and Chen will meet them for the first time to examine closely who among them is capable of turning an idea into a real product and a successful company. The most prominent entrepreneurs will advance in the process, and the best among them may win an investment of up to 1 million shekels for the development of the venture.
