A heavy blow to the terrorist organization Hamas: The Peace Council has refused to recognize a special file prepared by the group, which includes claims regarding violations and targeted killings carried out by Israel. Hamas attempted to pass the report through a third party in an effort to exert American pressure on Israel. According to reports, the Peace Council firmly rejected the move and did not buy the terrorist organization's bluff.
In the report, Hamas compiled a list of attacks and targeted killings, claiming that Israel carries out liquidations while presenting them as "preparations for striking forces in the field." Although Hamas maintains a direct line to the Peace Council, the organization chose to act through a third party to try and reach the American administration. The Peace Council made it clear to Hamas that it has no intention of making the report relevant.
Following the exposure of the failed attempt, a security official responded on Wednesday, telling Channel 14 that this is a known method of deception and stalling. "Hamas is adopting the Iranian method—attempting to tell lies and buy time. It will not work for them," the security official clarified.
