For the first time: Sephora will open stores in Israel on August 20
First publication: The chain will open six stores and five corners in the country in the first phase. Note: The stores that will open are "Sephora Collection only", meaning they will sell Sephora's house brand. The design will be that of Sephora stores worldwide.

Good news for Sephora addicts: the chain is finally coming to Israel and will open six stores and five "corners" (store-in-store) at once on August 20. The stores that will open immediately will be in the Azrieli Center in Tel Aviv, Malha, and Ayalon, and in three additional malls later on. Store-in-store style shops will open in all Glam 42 locations, the franchisee bringing the brand to Israel. Among others, in the MEEX Sharonaim mall in Hod HaSharon, Hadera Mul HaHof Village, Star Center Ashdod, the Dead Sea Mall, and My Baby in Yarka.
Unfortunately for the addicts, at this stage not all of the chain's brands will arrive in the country because the stores opening here are Sephora Collection and will sell mainly Sephora's house brand, which, while accounting for over 70% of the chain's sales, is not what draws customers to the stores. That is, classic Sephora brands like Huda Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, Rare Beauty, and Fenty will not arrive at this stage, but this is a pilot project, and if it succeeds, the fashion conglomerate LVMH, which owns the chain, will allow bringing all of the chain's brands to the country. The goal: to establish the chain in Israel within two years. Currently, they are testing the ground and the partners.
Sephora Collection has a wide and very satisfying range of makeup and skincare products sold under the Sephora brand. The brand offers makeup, skincare, and accessories of high quality at relatively affordable prices compared to other brands in the store. Among others: hand masks, jelly toner pads, body mists, long-lasting liquid lipsticks, foundations and concealers, volumizing mascaras, hyaluronic acid-based face masks, caffeine eye patches to reduce puffiness, professional makeup brushes, sponges, and gift sets. It is likely that some LVMH brands like Benefit, Fresh, and KVD Beauty will also be sold in the stores, and possibly also perfumes by Guerlain and Givenchy. Glam 42 began its journey in the market with a perfume and skincare store in the Dead Sea Mall. It will sell Sephora products alongside another franchisee, who will sell the products in the country starting in October.
