Torres, who scored the winning goal for the Spanish national team in the 2026 World Cup final against Argentina, has already informed Barcelona of his decision to leave the club, one year before his contract expires. Luis Enrique's team is undergoing significant changes in the front line following the departures of Gonçalo Ramos, Lee Kang-in, and Randal Kolo Muani. Bradley Barcola may also leave, as Liverpool is expected to submit an offer of 115 million euros for the French winger. Torres is expected to be PSG's second signing this summer, following Maghnes Akliouche.
