Imagine a morning team meeting where one AI agent recommends that you negotiate with suppliers, and another is already updating the employees' schedule. Following the earlier announcement of Harmony and its Vibe Coding tool, Wix is taking AI a step further beyond website building by launching Symphony, an independent platform of autonomous agents that learn the business and start working without waiting for your instructions.

'Daily' and a manager for all agents

The innovation in the new platform is that, unlike standard AI tools, Symphony learns a business's needs and builds a proactive team of agents capable of acting autonomously. After a short onboarding process, where the system 'interviews' the business owner, it sets up dedicated agents. These agents are based on what Wix calls the 'business genome'—all the knowledge and data that Wix has accumulated over two decades of operating with millions of companies worldwide.

For example, for a pizzeria, the system will assign an agent for research, which could advise the owner that global flour prices have dropped, suggesting it is time to negotiate with suppliers to lower costs. For a taxi company, the system will set up a 'dispatcher' to coordinate rides and an agent responsible for customer service. At the center of the system stands Maestro, the central agent that manages the other specialized agents, identifies urgent tasks, and distributes the work.

Every morning, the agents hold a 'daily,' an autonomous meeting where they summarize the past day, identify business opportunities, and prepare a daily work plan. Some tasks are performed independently, while complex ones are forwarded for the business owner's approval in the app (Android and iOS). To prevent errors and hallucinations, the system includes a quality control layer where a separate agent checks outputs before presenting them. Business owners can set goals, such as increasing revenue by 20%, and the agents will break them down into actionable steps.

Wix emphasizes that the platform operates as an independent product and does not require a Wix website. It offers connectivity to more than 57 external tools, such as Gmail, Calendly, ClickUp, and Canva. Working with the super-agent is done via the app, WhatsApp, or work groups; additionally, it can be connected to LLMs such as ChatGPT or Gemini.

'We built Symphony to serve as the central management system for AI agents in small businesses,' said Roni Elkayam, Wix's Chief Operating Officer. 'It combines the experience we have gained with a multi-agent system that knows how to act actively and help businesses grow quickly and confidently.'
