A few days after presenting record results in the second quarter, CEO Ronen Agassi and the senior management team joined the 'Falafel Patrol' project and distributed thousands of servings to the security forces.

Migdal Insurance and Finance CEO Ronen Agassi, along with members of the company's management, took a break from the office routine this week and went out for an informal meeting in the field. The executives joined the 'Falafel Patrol' project, a mobile food truck that travels across the country distributing falafel servings to security forces, and arrived personally at the base of an elite unit to prepare, serve, and treat the soldiers to hot meals.

Actor Yaniv Swissa, known as the butcher Nissim Shimoni from the series 'Checkout' (Kupa Rashit), also joined the activity, arriving in the field with the goal of bringing a smile and boosting morale. The management's presence in the field concluded an intensive week of Migdal's support for the project, during which over 2,500 servings of falafel were distributed to five different battalions and units, as part of an expression of appreciation and strengthening the resilience of those serving.

As recalled, the meeting in the field comes during a period of business prosperity and financial records for the insurance giant. Just recently, Migdal published its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, which showed an exceptional return on equity of 22.4% and a record in core profits that amounted to 731 million shekels.

In an interview held this week, CEO Ronen Agassi and Deputy CEO Itay Yanai emphasized the impressive growth in the company's assets under management, which reach approximately 631 billion shekels of public funds, alongside Migdal becoming the fastest-growing pension fund in Israel.
