Portuguese media report that Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have begun legal proceedings to adopt his three eldest children just a week after their wedding. This move will grant Rodriguez official legal recognition as the mother of all the children in their family.
Two weeks after they secretly married in the living room of their new home in Portugal, Georgina Rodriguez (32) is moving to the next stage in her relationship with her husband, footballer Cristiano Ronaldo (41). Reports from overseas state that Rodriguez has begun secret legal proceedings to adopt the three eldest children of her partner of the last decade, a move that will grant her official and legal recognition as the mother of all his children.
The couple is currently completing the necessary paperwork far from the eyes of cameras and the public to make Georgina's parenthood official in the legal sense as well. The three children she is working to adopt are Ronaldo's eldest son, Cristiano Jr. (16), and the twins Eva Maria and Mateo (9). Ronaldo, who hinted in that same interview that this might be his last year on the pitch, aspires to leave behind a spectacular legacy and spend more time with his extended family.
