Starting August 5: A New Culinary Experience Awaits in Eilat
Following the overwhelming success in July, the Dan Hotels chain is expanding its culinary program across three of its Eilat properties. Throughout August, guests will enjoy dinners hosted by top chefs and iconic Israeli street food institutions.

Following the overwhelming success in July, the Dan Hotels chain is expanding its culinary program for guests in Eilat. Throughout August, prominent chefs and culinary figures will be hosted at the chain's hotels, serving Israel's trendiest bites, ranging from the flavors of Haifa's Talpiot market to the iconic Tel Aviv institution, "HaKosem".
This summer, a vacation in Eilat is getting a particularly delicious upgrade. Building on the success at the Dan Eilat hotel last July, management has decided to expand the initiative to the Dan Panorama and Neptune Eilat hotels as well. Signature dishes from Israel's best street food spots and beloved chefs will now be featured directly in the hotels' dinner service.
The project is curated by David Kishka, a culinary entrepreneur and chairman of the Israeli Association for Culinary Culture. The decision to expand came after record enthusiasm from guests in July, who enjoyed highlights such as Haimiko's fricassé, famous bourekas from the Carmel Market, and dishes by meat expert Ruben Maislos.
The chain promises that August will be packed with flavor, featuring an impressive lineup of culinary talent arriving in the south:
-
TACO TIA: A celebration of Mexican food straight from Haifa's Talpiot market, led by Chef Renan Blumenreich.
-
KOMATA: A Japanese chef specializing in luxury dining will serve guests steamed Japanese stuffed buns.
-
26 PHO: The Vietnamese restaurant from Haifa's Talpiot market will offer authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
-
HaKosem: The Tel Aviv institution, currently celebrating its 25th anniversary, will bring its signature hummus, falafel, and fried eggplant to Eilat.
-
Ruben Maislos: Israel's premier meat expert and a leading figure in the country's meat culture, with a food blog boasting over 600,000 followers.
The culinary celebration at Dan Eilat, Dan Panorama, and Neptune will run from August 5th through August 27th. These special chef residencies will take place weekly, every Wednesday and Thursday, as part of the hotels' dinner offerings.
