Market Presence and Leadership Valuation
Palo Alto Networks, a major US cybersecurity firm, joined the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange following its major acquisition of Israeli firm CyberArk in February. The corporation stands as the largest entity on the local exchange, boasting a market capitalization of 980 billion shekels after previously crossing the one-trillion-shekel threshold.
Arora recently monetized a portion of his Palo Alto holdings through a forward agreement, netting $147 million, though the final share count and proceeds remain subject to future stock price fluctuations.
Upcoming Shareholder Meeting
The annual shareholder meeting is scheduled for December 8, where investors will vote on board director appointments and participate in an advisory vote on executive compensation. Alongside Arora, three other senior executives received compensation packages ranging between $13.8 million and $21.8 million, predominantly consisting of equity-based incentives.
Nir Zuk, the company's founder who served as Chief Technology Officer until his departure in August 2025 at the start of the fiscal year, received compensation valued at $6.4 million, primarily in equity alongside retirement-related payments.
