Fintech company Pagaya has reported strong financial results, exceeding analyst forecasts for revenue and profit while raising its annual guidance. Pagaya provides technological solutions that enable financial institutions to allocate credit more accurately.

In the second quarter, the company recorded revenue of approximately $366 million, $8.5 million higher than analyst forecasts and slightly above the company's own previous guidance. This represents a 15.1% growth in revenue compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Net income attributable to shareholders reached $45.3 million, hitting the top end of the company's guidance and marking an increase of more than 2.5 times compared to the same quarter last year. Net income per share was $1.07, significantly higher than market expectations.

For the first half of the year, revenue totaled $665 million, a growth of 10.7%, and net income grew by 185% to approximately $70 million. The company noted that it experienced record activity volumes in the second quarter, driven by growth in the automotive sector.

Looking ahead, Pagaya expects to conclude 2026 with revenue between $1.425 billion and $1.525 billion. The adjusted EBITDA guidance has been raised from $420–460 million to $460–490 million, and the net income guidance has been increased from $110–160 million to $155–180 million.

"Our record quarter demonstrates that Pagaya's growth engine is operating at full power: our partners are routing larger volumes of activity through us, adopting additional products, and every new partner that joins further strengthens the company's network effect," said Gal Krubiner, CEO and co-founder of Pagaya.

Pagaya is traded on NASDAQ with a market cap of approximately $1.35 billion, following a 22.5% decline in the company's stock price from the beginning of the year until the publication of the reports.
