Omer Adam Unveils the New Lineup for the "NEXT" Show
The artists lineup for the Hanukkah show is revealed with changes to the lineup, the fighter’s emotional return to the stages, and major names making way for the new ensemble.
The Israeli cultural scene is buzzing with anticipation for the upcoming Hanukkah holiday, following the unveiling of the artist lineup for the "NEXT" show. This production, which has become the most sought-after and dazzling musical event of the holiday season at the Menora Mivtachim Hall, continues to set a new standard. Initiated, produced, and led by singer Omer Adam, this year's show presents a fresh and intriguing ensemble that combines leading names from today’s pop scene with timeless musical icons.
At the heart of this year’s phenomenon is the addition of Eidan Amadi, one of Israel’s most prominent creators and singers. Amadi, who first captured the public’s attention in "Kokhav Nolad" with the hit "Kav shel Lochamim," has built a rich career featuring gold albums and his portrayal of Sagi in the series "Fauda." Following his injury during combat in the Gaza Strip while serving in the Combat Engineering Corps and his inspiring rehabilitation journey, Amadi’s return to the big stage is considered one of the most moving highlights in Israeli music.
Alongside Amadi and Omer Adam, two new and promising surprises are joining the show: superstar Rita, who brings an impressive repertoire and stage presence, and the rising singer Ben Tzur. Their participation marks a shift in the lineup compared to last year, with two of the industry’s most successful names, Asher Cohen and Odyia, continuing their involvement. Meanwhile, artists who were prominent in previous productions, such as Ninet Tayeb, Amir Dadon, and Nesrin Kadri, are making way for the new ensemble.
The "NEXT" show distinguishes itself from traditional Hanukkah children’s performances by offering a mature musical experience for the entire family. The hallmark of the event is its 360-degree stage located in the center of the hall, allowing for a panoramic viewing angle.
