Ofer Levi: 'I am not a narcissist, I sang to people and they were resurrected'
During a stormy interview with Sharon Gal, Ofer Levi stunned the host and viewers with unusual claims about his singing powers and his birth: 'When I was born, abundance came into the world. This is not just another soul, this is the soul of Ofer Levi.'
Singer Ofer Levi, known for hits such as 'Ruach Yam' ('Sea Wind'), 'Ani Ve-At' ('You and I'), and 'Meohav Ba-Geshem' ('In Love with the Rain'), was a guest on the podcast 'Be-Salon Shel Sharon' ('In Sharon's Living Room'). During the episode, he surprised host Sharon Gal by claiming that on the day of his birth, 'abundance came into the world.'
'When I was born, abundance came into the world. This soul that is sitting with you and talking to you is not just another soul. This is the soul of Ofer Levi. The Creator brought me my grace, my strength, my truth, my eternity, and my splendor,' the singer stated.
Sharon Gal, clearly taken aback by the remarks, addressed the claims directly: 'Do you realize that you are a narcissist?' The singer retorted: 'I don't realize it, you do, because I am your mirror. He who disqualifies others does so because of his own flaws.'
When asked to elaborate, the Israeli star explained:
'Anyone who thinks I am a narcissist is a very miserable person. We judge others through what is within us. If I see that someone is stingy, I am the stingy one, not him. When you are corrected, everything will be corrected. I treat everyone. With my singing, I heal the sick. Many people were in a vegetative state, and when I came and sang to them, they were resurrected.'
