Odia Pinto in her first interview after 'Power Couple': reveals personal drama
Odia Pinto talks about the moment everything ended, explains what really caused her physical collapse immediately after filming the reality show 'Power Couple' ended, and discusses the businesses that will soon be launched.
A stormy season of 'Power Couple' has come to an end, and the one who stood out throughout the way is undoubtedly Odia Pinto. In an interview at the launch evening of Castro's holiday collection, she does not hesitate to address the moment everything ended, right at the moment of a physical collapse.
'I carried the season on my back, and in the end, the leg broke. When the season ended, bam, a fall...', she recalls with a smile, and rushes to calm the fears of 'evil eye' or urban legends. 'First of all, atonement for sins. It's good that it ended like this. It's because I drank a lot at the parties. Conclusion - don't drink a lot. Don't drink. Simply no'.
Despite the leg fracture that happened recently, her feelings from the whole experience remained very positive. 'It was amazing, it was crazy, it was fun', she says with enthusiasm. 'Bottom line, fights are not interesting; I remember my experience with my husband which was the most fun in the world. It's another thing I checked off, and it was perfect'.
Beyond the TV screen, Pinto manages to work vigorously on collaborations. Recently, she launched a special recipe booklet for the holidays in collaboration with the fashion brand Castro. 'Castro is not just another brand that has been with me for half a year; we have been working together since late 2022. We decided to launch something big', she says about the natural connection to the world of cooking. 'They told me: "Do what you want, and bring recipes". And it came out perfect'.
Alongside the recipes, Odia's fashion dreams do not stop there. In the program, she already revealed an aspiration to establish her own brand, and it turns out that the work behind the scenes is in full swing. 'The dream that Elior didn't know? To open a plus-size brand, and God willing it will also happen', she declares. She even hints at an upcoming surprise: 'Yes, really soon. There is some brand... okay, I won't tell. Stay curious'.
Personal life and family career are also moving at a fast pace. Her husband, Elior Sofer, is in the midst of a new path with an event hall, which creates an especially busy schedule at home. 'I hardly see him. Elior works all day: weddings, bar mitzvahs. New beginning, new business. I am supporting him, and I am so happy for him that he is fulfilling himself'.
Alongside the joy and successes, the security reality and the complexities in the North continue to accompany her in daily life. 'Listen, we don't talk about it, but the day before yesterday there were sirens, right next to me. It is present. Managing a routine that is actually not a routine. It's a bummer, but that's the reality'.
When it comes to relationships with the rest of the 'Power Couple' participants, Odia remains connected to certain people in an especially warm way. 'Ron B (Ron Biton) and his wife are the biggest miss of 'Power Couple'. They are such good people, I am addicted to them. And Asi and Adi, whom I love very much. I was really happy for Anna and Uri who won; I sent them a message saying it was deserved. It was nice, it was fun. Let's move on'.
And what does the future hold? When asked where she sees herself in a decade, Odia's answer is simple: 'Wow, I don't know what will happen in a minute. But God willing, with lots and lots of children, happy, healthy, and joyful. Lots of children, that's my dream'.
