Nvidia Israel Tops 2026 Tech Employer Ranking as Monday.com Plunges
Nvidia Israel retained its top spot in the 2026 Dun & Bradstreet tech ranking, while Monday.com dropped sharply. Employees increasingly prioritize job security and management transparency amid ongoing industry pressures.

The high-tech industry in Israel faces significant macroeconomic and geopolitical pressures, shaking up the 2026 Dun & Bradstreet ranking of the best tech companies to work for. Nvidia Israel maintains its top position, while software giant Monday.com experienced a sharp decline.
Thousands of employees participated in surveys evaluating workplace experience, management quality, diversity, and work-life balance. The findings reveal a major shift in employee priorities: amid ongoing market uncertainties, workers increasingly value job security and management transparency over flashy perks and gimmicks. Dun & Bradstreet noted that repeated restructuring and shifting strategies have strained organizational trust across several prominent firms.
Nvidia Israel continues to lead the 2026 ranking, followed by cybersecurity firm Island in second place and Microsoft Israel R&D Center taking the third spot. Meanwhile, Monday.com plunged 32 places to rank 35th, reflecting broader adjustments within the local tech ecosystem. Other firms, such as Taboola and Natural Intelligence, also slipped down the rankings to positions 30 and 32, respectively.
Industry experts emphasize that rebuilding employee trust requires consistent communication, fair management during organizational changes, and robust support for professional growth. Companies that successfully navigate these challenges continue to attract top talent in a competitive market.
